Our Business and Information Architecture Services Can Successfully Support and Develop a Wide Range of Business Initiatives
Capital Markets Blueprint: Develop a business and technology blueprint to support strengthening of the technology and operations posture by improving technology efficiency across capital markets and risk businesses.
Primary Dealer Business and Technology Architecture: Develop business and technology blueprints that support the bank’s application to be given a status of a designated primary dealer by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The blueprint provides assurance that the bank has business and technology capabilities to serve as a counterparty to the Federal Reserve in open market operations, participate directly in treasury auctions and provide analysis and market intelligence to trading desks at the Federal Reserve.
Commercial Lending Data Governance: Assess current corporate and commercial lending processes and propose business and data governance process changes that ensure consistent value for the key credit attributes and analytic/reports across corporate and commercial lending suites of application.
AML Single View of Customer: Develop an anti-money laundering (AML) information model to identify the data entities and their relations that are required to be collected during the client onboarding process in order for the bank to comply with Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations. Leverage the model to assess synergies between AML and the enterprise’s view of the customer and identify data governance activities and controls.
Wholesale Credit Risk Data Blueprint: Assess wholesale credit risk data and technology architecture. Create a blueprint to support development of an authoritative source of calculation (i.e., data and rules) to produce regulatory reports; support allocation of a regulatory capital matrix and changes to the risk portfolio; provide board members and management with credit risk reports.
HR Information Security and Privacy Assessment: Review HR business processes and technology infrastructures to identify security and privacy risks that have significant business or regulatory impacts.
